METHOD OF IMPRINTING: Screen Process.  Product starts white, ready for your custom design/imprint.

NO SET UP FEES, NO SCREEN CHARGES, NO PMS MATCHING COSTS, EVER!

ARTWORK (if provided): All artwork must be formatted for PC Computer, NOT Macintosh.  Accepted media: Floppy Disk or Zip Disk for IBM compatibles only, CD or emailed to jeffrey.harmon@gmail.com and art@scentusa.com.  File format must be CorelDraw v. 10.0, EPS (encapsulated postscript) file, or any vector type drawing saved in PC format.  Letters and numbers no smaller than 9pt Caps and 10pt Lower case.  Fonts must be converted to curves or font file must be included.  Camera-ready arwork must be to size with color separations and layout in exact position.  Modifications will be billed at $35.00/hour, 1-hour minimum.

IMPRINT AREA: 12 sq in (3 x 4 in).  Larger print area, More product, Greater IMPACT!

COLOR IMPRINT MATCHES: NO CHARGE PMS Colors will be duplicated at no extra charge.

SHAPES AVAILABLE: CUSTOM SHAPES AT ANY QUANTITY, 500+ SHAPES ALREADY TO CHOOSE FROM

CUSTOM SHAPES CHARGE: There is NO CHARGE for new custom shapes with orders over 10,000 units.  If order is at least 5,000 units add only $95.00 for shape making.  for less than 5, 000 units add $175.00.

NORMAL PRODUCTION TIME: 15 business days after the approval of artwork by customer + ship time.  Four color process production time is 20 business days after the approval of artwork + ship time.

OVERRUNS AND UNDERRUNS: We reserve the right to ship and bill 5% over or under quantity ordered.  These will be shipped and billed accordingly.

PAPER PROOF: NO CHARGE

PRODUCT PROOF: $45.00

WITH CUSTOM DIE: $95.00

SCENTS AVAILABLE: Blueberry, Bouquet, Cherry, Cinnamon, Citrus, Coconut, Flower Fresh, Fresh, Green Apple, Lavender, Lemon, Mint, Orange, Peach, Pine, Potpourri, Raspberry, Rose, Spice, Sport Fresh, Strawberry, Vanilla, and Wildflower.  **There is No Charge for Fragrance Changes for Each Run of 1000.  A $25 Fee is applied for Each Fragrance Change for quantities less than 1000.

FRAGRANCE OILS: Safety approved by International Fragrance Assn. for safety & environmental freindliness.

PACKAGING: Each product is indivdually packaged in a clear polypropylene bag with an elastic string attached.  Choice of white, black, blue, green, red, yellow or pink string.

HEADERCARDS: Minimum order 11, 000 units.  Cost per unit is $0.07.  Setup $500.  Includes 4 color process printing on both sides, die cutting, folding and attaching to product.

PRODUCT SHELF LIFE: 2 years.
