Over/Under Runs
We try to produce your order in the quantity specified, but many of our vendors have the right to a 5%-10% over/under run. Invoices will be adjusted accordingly.

Minimum Order Size
Each order needs to be $300.00 or more not including shipping and taxes, or there will be a less than minimum fee of $50.00 charged for select items. Please see item descriptions to see if a less than minimum quantity purchase is possible.

Proofs
Most of our suppliers do not charge for a proof; however if there is a charge, it will be noted.  There is a maximum of two proofs after which a fee of $15.00 per proof will be charged.

A proof is required prior to production on the majority of our products. You may request in writing by email or fax if you do not want a proof.  An email or fax proof is generally sent within 48 hours (there are a few vendors that may take longer) so make sure to check your email or fax. Please provide a phone number in case we have problems sending a proof so we can contact you immediately. 

Payment Policy
Payment is net due upon receipt of order.

Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of imprinting products, there will be an order cancellation fee of $50-$75 assessed for any order where a proof has been provided or if 36 hours has lapsed since the placement of an order.

Orders can be held for six weeks unless prior approval has been given by American Promotions, Inc.  If this time is lapsed, an order cancellation fee of $50 will be charged.

Shipping Information
Carriers are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

If the address for your order is incorrect, there will be a $10.00 UPS/Fed Ex correction charge that will be added to your invoice.

Insurance for your product may be purchased by request in the special instructions area of the order form.

Once we've processed your order, we will fax or email you an invoice including your expected in-hand date. All orders are shipped ground method unless otherwise specified.  We generally do not offer rush service for sample orders, or orders less than $300.  We will provide a tracking number within 24 to 48 hours after product has shipped. We are not responsible for product that is delayed or lost by a carrier, or by acts of God.

Saturday deliveries are often available for an additional fee.

Split Shipments
If your order needs to be shipped to two or more locations, we are happy to help you. When order is placed, please specify quantities to each location, along with shipping addresses in the special instructions area of the order form, or email us at info@ameripromo.com. There is a processing fee of $15.00 for each location shipped to.

Warranties
American Promotions, Inc. warrants that all goods sold are free of any security interest. When required and when available, we will provide to you all transferable warranties made to American Promotions, Inc. by the manufacturer of the goods. American Promotions, Inc. makes no other express or implied warranties, and specifically makes no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for purpose.

Merchandise Consistency
We encourage you to take the opportunity to review a sample of the actual product before you order in bulk quantity. It is important that you understand that these samples are representative in nature. We carefully select the suppliers and the manufacturers we use. However, manufacturing variations are unavoidable and are frequently part of the manufacturing process. By choosing to place and order with American Promotions, Inc., you are agreeing to accept merchandise with reasonable manufacturing variances in product material, color and packaging.

Transfer of Ownership of Merchandise
All goods are shipped FOB. This means "Freight On Board." Legally, all goods become your property at the time they are accepted by the carrier.

Disclaimer
Some of our products that have small parts or are made of foam such as stress toys, stadium seats, misting fans, etc. are only appropriate for age 13 and older.  These products should not be given to children younger than age 13.
