| In today’s shrinking home buying market, real estate professionals need to market more heavily to stand out to the decreasing number of home buyers. Better than advertising in a newspaper or magazine ad, which typically get seen once, promotional products as giveaways and gifts are a better use of the budget. The two keys to picking out a promotional item are: it must have a useful marketing life (not be immediately thrown away), and its logo imprint must get noticed more than once (otherwise the advertising money would be just as well spent on a newspaper or magazine ad).
