TAKE A LOOK FIRST HAND!
To put you at ease, we have a sample policy that allows you to look at the product first-hand. We know it’s important to see an item first-hand before making a larger order. Here’s our sample policy breakdown:
- American Promotions will provide one free randomly printed sample (if a random sample is not available, we often are able to send a blank sample) up to $10.00 (check the1st column pricing of your chosen item on the product page).
- There will be a shipping charge for your sample. You may include your shipping account number, or if you would prefer we will contact you for a credit card number. If you would like your shipment rushed, please let us know that you are in a hurry to receive your sample.
- We are glad to provide additional samples for you. A charge will be incurred for the additional samples and shipping.
- Additional charges and limitations apply to samples requested to Hawaii, Alaska, and outside of the USA.
- We do not accept returns of samples unless advance arrangements are made by calling 877-604-5646.
ORDERING A SAMPLE
To order a sample, go to products (located on the left side of your screen) and choose the item you would like a sample of. Scroll to the bottom of the product’s description and pricing, and choose the "request a sample" button; click the button and fill out all required fields.
Or you may click here to contact us by email. Please include a short description of the item, or the item number and color if applicable. Please make sure you include your name, address, and phone number. Thank you for choosing American Promotions to serve you with your promotional product needs.
RUSHED SHIPPING
If you opt for rushed shipping, we can use your FedEx or UPS account number or charge your credit card. A general range of shipping charges per sample for rushed items are:
- Overnight - $ 50.00
- 2nd Day - $ 35.00
- 3rd Day - $ 20.00
However, these prices are subject to change as a result of weight and shape of the order.
