American Promotions knows that you do not want to pay more shipping than you need to. So, we ship the least expensive way possible--UPS, DHL, or Fed Ex Ground Method. We ship ONLY within the USA. If you are from Canada, you may contact us and we can arrange shipping on a case-by-case basis.

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS AND INFORMATION

Carriers are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

Insurance for your product may be purchased by request in the special instructions area of the order form.

All orders are shipped ground method unless otherwise specified. We are not responsible for product that is delayed or lost by a carrier, or by acts of God.

Saturday deliveries are often available for an additional fee.

NEED IT FAST, GET IT FAST

If you need your shipment faster, we can get it there UPS or Fed Ex overnight, 2nd or 3rd day method, or if needed priority overnight.

SPLIT SHIPMENTS

If your order needs to be shipped to two or more locations, we are happy to help you. When order is placed, please specify quantities to each location, along with the shipping addresses in the special instructions area of the order form, or email us at info@ameripromo.com. There is a processing fee of $10.00 for each location shipped to.
